The most important steps at the accident scene

• 1Secure the accident scene. Hazard lights on, set up the warning triangle, wear a safety vest.
• 2Attend to the injured. In case of injury, immediately call 112.
• 3Call the police (110). Especially for major damage, disputes or personal injury.
• 4Document everything. Photos of the vehicles, damage, licence plates, final positions and surroundings.
• 5Exchange details. Names, addresses, licence plates, insurance – note down witnesses.
• 6Do not sign anything. Do not admit fault – speak to us first.
• 7Contact us. We take over from here and secure your claims.
