Is my case right for you?

The most important steps at the scene of the accident
- 1Secure the accident site. Hazard lights on, set up the warning triangle, wear a high-visibility vest.
- 2Attend to anyone injured. In the event of personal injury, call the emergency services immediately on 112.
- 3Call the police (110). Especially in the event of major damage, a dispute or personal injury.
- 4Document everything. Photos of the vehicles, the damage, the registration numbers, the final positions and the surroundings.
- 5Exchange details. Name, address, registration number, insurer – note down any witnesses.
- 6Sign nothing. Do not admit fault – speak to us first.
- 7Contact us. We take over from here and pursue your claims.
Good to know
After a no-fault accident you have the right to an appraiser of your choice and a lawyer of your choice – the costs are as a rule borne by the other party's insurer.
